After a planned gig in Belgium, Wisconsin fell through due to COVID-19, Luxembourg-based Zero Point Five put on a energetic virtual show for the Luxembourgish community out in the US.

The Luxembourg American Cultural Society’s mission is to preserve the roots of their shared heritage and nurture the leaves of ongoing relationships between Luxembourg and America.

The town of Belgium, Wisconsin is made up of Luxembourg expats and descendants from the Grand Duchy. Jacob Mamer was a Luxembourg immigrant who came to Ozaukee County, Wisconsin in 1846, the first to start a steady flow of immigration to America.

Zero Point Five would have travelled to the US to perform a show in August in celebration of "Luxembourg Fest", an annual celebration held in the town.

Alternatively, the four members of Zero Point Five performed a 45-minute online set of original music as well as traditional Luxembourgish songs that have been lovingly passed down through the generations.

Hopefully the band can make the trip in 2021.
