Eight of Luxembourg's most promising new acts are set to play the Rockhal Club on July 13th.
Screaming Fields is an annual live music competition open to young bands and musicians from Luxembourg, organised by Rocklab.
The goal of the festival is to support and promote local music talent and help them develop their skills and reach a wider audience. As such, it's not 'just' a festival and competition, but also offers musicians the opportunity to participate in a series of workshops ranging from vocal training to communications and social network strategies.
A total of eight acts have been selected for this year's edition, after the artists themselves had to mobilise their fan base to go out and vote in the preliminary round: Epicure., Drife, Christina Kalyss, Parity, Francis of Delirium, ÆM, Hannah Ida, Lara Grogan have made it to the final show and are now set to perform on July 13th at the Rockhal.
There are plenty of prizes to be won on the night: The Rocklab package includes studio recordings and preparing a live set to be presented to the public, The Best Live Performance prize includes a mini tour throughout the Grand Duchy for the winner, the Best Composition prize comes with a financial package, and the Best Promo Award includes an in-depth Marketing & Communication session.
