Book fans are gathering in Walferdange for the 25th edition of the Book days. The RTL dictation event is also back - with an English 'dictée' for the second year!

As part of the annual Walferdange book days, Jemp Schuster will hold the 25th edition of the RTL 'dictée'. The event will take place in a large tent, next to the Prince Henri cultural centre.

The event is well-known in Luxembourg's culture scene and attracts thousands of visitors every year. During the weekend of 16 and 17 November, those into books and reading are invited to attend the Walferdange Book days with around 100 stalls worth of books from Luxembourg and abroad. Readings, workshops and concerts are also part of the line-up.

This year's motto is the celebration of the book. As the 25th edition is a special one, organisers have planned a few surprises, and visitors are invited to a 'book party' starting from 6.00 pm.

The dictation will take place in four languages, as English is now also part of the program. They will be organised as follows:

10.15 am : Luxembourgish, read by Jemp Schuster

10.45 am: German, read by Roland Schumacher

11.10 am: French, read by Jean-Claude Frisch

11.35 am: English, read by RTL Today's Lisa Burke

Each participant will receive a book, and gift vouchers worth a total of €1,000 can be won. The price ceremony will take place between 2.30 and 3.00 pm.
