On Monday morning, four people were injured in traffic incidents, while a bus and a car caught fire in southern Luxembourg.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported an accident early Monday at 3am between Roost and Cruchten. One car was involved, and local paramedics tended to the injured person at the scene.
On Monday morning, several more accidents occurred throughout the Grand Duchy. The emergency doctor was deployed to the motorway A13 tunnel between Aessen and Ehlerange. A car accident took place at 7.50am leaving one person injured.
At around 8.30am, two cars collided in Avenue JF Kennedy in Ettelbruck. One person was injured. Ten minutes later an accident happened in Rue de Stavelot in Diekirch. A car and a bus collided, leaving one person hurt.
The fire brigade was also called twice on Monday morning because vehicles had caught fire. In Avenue du Parc des Sports in Oberkorn a bus burst into flames after 6am. In Dudelange, Route de Zoufftgen, a car caught fire at 8.45am. No one was injured.
