Luxembourg's Prime Minister is currently undertaking his first visit to Paris since Emmanuel Macron's reelection as President of France.

The start of the three-day visit was a meeting with his French counterpart, Elisabeth Borne, on Monday evening.

On Tuesday evening, PM Bettel will meet with President Macron to discuss the current geopolitical situation, including the war in Ukraine and other European matters. Also on the agenda is a discussion of the cross-border cooperation between Luxembourg and France.

However, the remote work agreement between both countries, which currently gives French employees 29 home office days per year, will not be discussed.
