Preventive quarantine measures on poultry in Luxembourg, originally put in place due to a rise in bird flu, will be lifted from 1 April.
No infected bird has been found in the country in three months, leading authorities to believe the virus no longer present in Grand Duchy.
Because a risk remains that the virus may return to Luxembourg, safety measures must continue to be followed and any suspicious death reported to authorities.
